Bazar Al Chark:
Bazar al Chark was one of the biggest shops in Aleppo in
the 40ies and 50ies. Built 3 centuries ago, it was the
Ottoman governor of Aleppo's office. The basement was
used as an ammunition warehouse. This warehouse was
entirely renovated and superbly decorated. The
restaurant offers the finest typical aleppian cuisine
you do not find anywhere else and can accommodate up to
200 persons.

Dar Zamaria (Martini House):
A striking expression of the Aleppine architecture
dating from the 17th century, situated in Jedaideh
Quarter, where Aleppo first printing-house was
established in 1705.
To enter the house, you need first to pass through a
narrow door, then just give a full rein to your heart
and mind, and scrutinise by your own eyes the story like
world coming into existence, as if one did touch a
charming ring. The Iwan with its majestic arch and
coloured floor, refined arabesque woodwork of the
cupboard, the ceilings decoratively gilded with line of
mystic poetry as well as Koran verses, rails, stairs,
coloured arabesque glass windows, the stone-built
cellars, are the mouthpiece of the Arabian architectural
genius. The restaurant offers fine Aleppine cuisine in
an outstanding environment.

Beit Wakil:
A true example of the distinguished 16th century
Aleppine architecture, located in a charming
neighbourhood outside the old city walls. As soon as one
enters inside a magical oriental story-like world comes
into existence: the beautiful courtyards with
breathtaking relief and tracery work of its walls, the
marble fountains among the jasmine and lemon trees, the
unique Liwan with its majestic arch and coloured marble
flooring.... The restaurant offers a wide variety of
delicious Aleppine mezzes and oriental dishes.

Sissi House:
A superb residence of the XVII century has become one of
Syria's finest restaurants. Located in a beautiful
narrow street, in the heart of the old Christian part of
Aleppo. In its magnificent architecture, the restaurant
is famous for its fine Armenian cuisine like "Toshka"
(spiced meat with cheese served with toasted pita
bread), “Zeitoun bi Zaatar” (green olive salad with
thyme), “Makmour” (oiled cooked eggplant and tomatoes).
