cup cracked wheat (fine) burghol.
-2 bunches parsley.
-2 cucumbers.
-3 tomatoes.
-2 table spoons of oil.
-1 table spoon of salt.
-juice of one lemon.
- Wash the burghol and leave it soabed in water for half an hour. Drain
it and add all the vegetables chopped very fine. Add oil,
lemon, salt. Mix well. Let marinate in refrigerator a few
hours. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
